Files too big for email? Send us your materials via ftp.
1. Contact us
Email or call us and we'll provide you with the user name and password to connect
to our server.
2. Prepare your file
If you have multiple files or just one file, it's usually best to compress
the file using Stuffit or Zip, as it makes for a faster upload and download.
3. Upload your file
Once you've downloaded and opened your ftp software, open the window "New Connection".
Enter the ftp address, user name and password provided to you. Browse to your
prepared file, select, and press upload.
4. Always be sure to alert us that you've uploaded a file.
